Here’s some music I listened to recently. I was intentionally going for something dark, weird and a little melancholy. It all started when I saw the commercial for the videogame “Mercenary Kings” featuring the song “Good Cop, Bad Cop” by Prom Queen. If you feel (like I do) that the sound of the sixties hasn’t been completely mined and you remember Jeannie’s evil twin sister from the show “I dream of Jeannie” and think she’s kind of cool, then you might want to check out Prom Queen. I basically threw both of Prom Queen albums in a Spotify Playlist and then added and subtracted other odd dark tunes until I arrived at what is shown below.
